Rita's Birthday (03-21)

For our good friend Rita Smith's Birthday, we ventured out into the Santa Clarita mountains to a beautiful french restaurant, Le Chen's.

It was a ways away, but well worth the drive. The food and wine were amazing. The wine coming from their vineyard behind the restaurant. We arrived early, and took a little walk in the back nature path. There was a little pond where we could hear the frogs ribbiting. We decided not to get the frog legs from the menu. :) I had the buffalo ribeye and Ana had the beef Bourguignon. The were both delicious!
